Elan Schwartz was originally born in Los Angeles, California. He has always had a creative mind and started his journey in the Arts when he was around 6 years old and was interested in acting. This grew into a love for being on the stage. Around 1997 Elan stopped the acting career after being in several commercials and live productions and picked up his first pair of drumsticks . He later would form a Heavy Metal band called Apathy. Apathy ran for over 10 years as they headlined and toured many theaters in the Western Region. Elan would eventually retire from Apathy and form a production company called Bands 4 Bands where he went on to booking multi-platinum, national and international artists. The love for piano grew and grew and in between writing and composing new unreleased music he joined Rock and Metal giants "Lola Black " . After several successful years in the band Elan Retired from the percussion role. He then decided it was time to go solo and follow his dreams in what would be a long-awaited journey. The path of a solo artist is never an easy one but the passion to share the love and artistry of his music could not wait any longer. What was just a dream is now a reality.
